Proverbs 14- ²² Do not those who plot evil go astray? But those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness.

I don't really understand why Christians sometimes plot out ways to hurt other people. To me, this makes zero sense. And yet, they do. One might say, "If you're plotting evil, you've already gone astray", and that might be true. Still, the verse says that those who plot evil will come to that point. I just don't get why Christians would do this. Why try to hurt people? Why try and be destructive just because you can? Christianity is about something else entirely. Love and faithfulness mark Christianity. So, why plot evil?
